What started as a family's dream of owning a business eventually became Theo's Smash Burgers.
When I visited the stand, I spoke with a member of the family who helped share the story behind the business. Like many vendors across Los Angeles, the goal was simple: create something of their own while serving quality food to the community.

Lo que comenzó como el sueño de una familia de tener su propio negocio eventualmente se convirtió en Theo's Smash Burgers.
Cuando visité el puesto, hablé con un integrante de la familia que compartió la historia detrás del negocio. Como muchos vendedores ambulantes en Los Ángeles, su objetivo era sencillo: crear algo propio mientras ofrecían comida de calidad a la comunidad.
