Starting Something New
For Daisy, food has always been part of life.
Before starting El Mágico Hot Dogs, she worked in the restaurant industry and grew up around family members who owned restaurants. Those experiences eventually inspired her to start a business of her own.
Five months ago, Daisy launched El Mágico Hot Dogs. Today, she and her husband balance the business alongside their other jobs, operating primarily on weekends while working to build a loyal customer base.
One of the things Daisy enjoys most is seeing customers' reactions when they try the food. Watching people enjoy their meals and return for another visit makes the effort worthwhile.
Like many new business owners, however, growth has not come without challenges. Building awareness takes time, and much of her promotion currently happens through Instagram, TikTok, and word of mouth.
Even so, Daisy remains committed to growing the business one customer at a time. For her, El Mágico Hot Dogs represents more than a food stand—it's the opportunity to turn years of experience and a passion for cooking into something she can call her own.
Inspired by a love of cooking and a family background in restaurants, Daisy launched El Mágico Hot Dogs to build something of her own.
