Antonio left long commutes behind to help his wife grow the family business, one crepe at a time.

When I stopped by Dylan's Crepes, Antonio was busy preparing orders. Even in the middle of his shift, he welcomed me inside the stand and took a few minutes to share his story.

Antonio has worked at Dylan's Crepes for six years after spending years working in restaurant kitchens, including a job in Malibu that required a two-hour commute. Today, he says he's happier working closer to home, helping build something that belongs to his family.

The business is owned by his wife and named after their son, making every day at the stand a family effort. Antonio explained that one of his biggest motivations is supporting his wife and helping turn her dream into a successful business.

Dylan's Crepes operates every day from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., serving customers late into the evening. While Antonio enjoys the work, the job isn't always easy. Like many street vendors, he occasionally encounters aggressive or unpredictable people who threaten vendors simply because they're working.

Despite those challenges, Antonio continues showing up each day, helping his wife grow the business they built together. Behind every crepe is a family working toward a shared dream.
